Invite team members

I have invited other team member and form a team. He has received notification via email but he is unable to act on this. Any idea, how to click on the notification received in the email.

    I have sent a team request to Jayanth Ajay and he has received the request but the email does not have any button to click to accept my team request. Where should I upload the screenshot, I can see any link to upload.
